Becoming a client
No matter how you would like your calls to be handled, becoming a client of Kalix Tele24 is straightforward. The first step is for one of our sales people to produce a requirements analysis in consultation with you, to ensure what we deliver fully corresponds with your expectations. If you only need a simple service without any technology integration, our customer service team will get your service up and running within a day or two if you wish. In the event technology integration is required, one of our experienced project managers will take over with full responsibility for the entire scope of supply and delivery. The process:
