Tågkompaniet values high customer satisfaction

 

Svenska Tågkompaniet AB (Swedish Train Company AB) –called Tågkompaniet was founded in 1999 in order to win the contract to become the main operator of all the night train traffic to the northern part of Sweden called Norrland. The main business of the company is to run the passenger trains on railways, which runs on behalf of one or several county or national transport companies.


Tågkompaniet has more than 2 million journeys per year and 94 % punctuality. Since they are open Monday through Sunday from early morning to late at night, the company values the weight of good service and high customer satisfaction.
As Tågkompaniet grew from 11 employees in 1999 to over 300 in year 2000, the pressure on the company’s switchboard increased dramatically.
