In addition to the above there is a one-time setting-up charge of 1295 SEK*. This covers the cost of setting up information about your company and your staff, so we can offer the best service from the very first call. The fixed service charge is for the ongoing work of managing and updating information about your company – addresses, general information, travel directions etc. The variable charge per person is for the ongoing work of managing personal information, such as where to direct calls, delivery media, telephone numbers etc.


  



*A contract with us is ongoing, with the opportunity for both parties to give one month’s notice of cancellation. If you choose to cancel the contract but renew it again within nine months we waiver a new setting-up charge.

Our voice controlled reference system.
You refer yourself via telephone with the help of a voice recognition system on a computer that promptly updates our operators. Simple, fast and secure. TrinityTalk is the perfect solution for mobile users. TrinityTalk can also connect to your existing reference or calendar system.
