CIP us our method for ensuring the quality assured transition from your traditional in-house operator to Switchboard at a Distance. We combine technical database quality and synchronization with the important transfer of “human knowledge” from your existing organization, i.e. traditional “invisible operator competence”, processes and telephone policies. The various stages and transfer methods are defined in our project plan

As a client you have a dedicated team for implementation and start-up. The project will be led by a specialized delivery project manager. Our sales person, Key Account Manager (KAM) and Client Service Manager (CSM) are naturally involved in the project. The guiding document will be our joint project plan, with clear goals and definitions. When delivery has started there will be regular follow-up meetings between the client, and our CSM or KAM. We have working routines according to PPS as our project standard.
