From our active web page Trinity you can as a client easily go in and see an overview of our statistics, including simple diagrams over Switchboard at a Distance calls distributed externally, messages, answer times, call flow hour by hour etc.

If you require more detailed statistics we can also provide qualified, detailed follow-up via our uniquely detailed add-on product StatReport XL.

The time intervals in the report are defined by the client and can be sent as PDF documents to agreed e-mail addresses. The report is filled with clear information, data that is easy to read and a number of graphs. The result is a report whereby we can, with our experience and by benchmarking, help you to analyze and develop your telephone functions.
