Our efficient large-scale operation means we answer on average after the first signal (7.2 seconds). As our client you can always expect fast, efficient answering service with no long queues.

As our client you pay, of course, only for approved delivery of the answering service we provide. And we guarantee that if it takes more than 45 seconds to answer the call you pay nothing whatsoever for that call. In this way we can combine fast answering service with a high quality of content while at the same time we build in an automatic and generous system whereby Kalix Tele24 on their own initiative eliminates the need for any form of penalty clauses.

 

This guarantee is for clients who have a contract for at least 12 months for Connect, Access or Pro Umbrella, during office hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
