Kalix Tele24 with health certification
Since 2005 Kalix Tele24 has been a health certified workplace. This has been achieved by providing a supportive health environment by providing a good working environment and by encouraging employees to make healthy lifestyle choices. Health certification is focused on health-promoting activities both at an organizational level and at group and individual levels and we have worked in close cooperation with Korpen sport association, the Swedish National Institute of Public Health and the Heart-Lung Foundation.
In 2009 we received further proof of the that our focus on health has borne fruit when Korpen sport association voted us Sweden’s healthiest company of 2008. Our success continues. In February 2010 Kaliix Tele24 was awarded the Grand Work Environment Award 2009 in a competition for Sweden’s best work environment.
30 000 hours a year
All our operators go through Kalix Tele24 Academy, a highly merited training course in two stages, Qualified Operator Certificate followed by the Qualified Senior Operator Certificate. And we have continuous on-going training for them all. We invest in 30 000 hours of training each year, which means that our staff go through an average of 3 weeks training annually. For you this means that you will find that our employees both can and will go that extra mile. The hallmark of Kalix Tele24 is attractive workplaces and the best possible work environment. Our operators and office staff have open landscape desks with good conditions when it comes to light, ventilation and acoustics. We also ensure that all our office furniture and equipment is ergonomically designed. We follow the collective agreements of the trade union Union and have all the group pensions and other insurances these require.
