Kalix Tele24 has a concept for a soft transition for a new, more effective management of incoming calls. It is called Competence Transfer.

It works like this:
1. Together we look for an optimal Switchboard at a Distance solution.

2. We take over your telephone operators, and give them exactly the same terms of employment that they have today.

3. You no longer have responsibility for the staff. Instead you pay for our Switchboard at a Distance on contract. This is completely in accordance with current employment legislation.

Our reference system at your service.
With the web based reference system -
TrinityWeb, you and your colleagues can easily add new instructions for the operators, read and send messages internally or externally and review statistics regarding answered calls. The system is accessed via an Internet connected computer and all changes occur in real time.

Our voice controlled reference system.
You refer yourself via telephone with the help of a voice recognition system on a computer that promptly updates our operators. Simple, fast and secure. TrinityTalk is the perfect solution for mobile users. TrinityTalk can also connect to your existing reference or calendar system.

Calendar system integration.
We connect your calendar system – Outlook, Notes, FirstClass or GroupWise - so that you and your colleagues’ calendars are visible to our operators. This can be helpful in the event of illness or absence for other reasons.  You select which information is visible to us and what information will only appear on your computer.

Calendar system integration.
We connect our operators to your reference system in real time. All information in your system is mirrored on ours and vice versa. This service supports the leading reference systems - Netwise, Vision 80/20, DNA/Ericsson and Trio.

IVR/Talsvar

Advanced automated call handling.

Before a call reaches our operator we can steer and filter the call using our advanced technical platform. We can leave and collect information from the caller and the caller can choose to be connected via various answering alternatives. We also offer Auto Attendant, which is a fully synthetic operator service for handling internal calls in a rational and cost effective manner, for example.
