Every day Kalix Tele24 handles 20.000 incoming phone calls for more than 4.000 clients – over 7 million calls each year. Clients include all sorts, from one-person businesses to large corporations such as Tele2, and Unisys. This is something we do so successfully that we are today the leading answering service in Scandinavia. We have some 250 employees spread across six offices in Sweden, and over 300 in total in the group in Scandinavia.

Kalix Tele24 is wholly owned since December 2004 by the current CEO Kristian Rothoff via the holding company Växtverk AB. The group also includes the Norwegian Scancall AS with 60 employees.

The group can offer ”Switchboard at a distance” services in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish.
