Kalix Tele24 was established in 1992. It was a small company with a large heart and high ambitions to expand and move forward. We were convinced that our ability to supply clients and suppliers with a high level of accessibility would in time become an increasingly important competitive factor. We saw, too, that more and more companies wanted to focus on their core business, which opened the way for a well-planned outsourcing concept.
Today we can note that we were for the most part right. Being accessible has become a key question for organisations both large and small. Outsourcing – letting a third-party organisation manage part of one’s operation – has become a well-accepted means of increasing a business’ effectiveness while at the same time reducing their fixed costs.
So it is not so surprising that our story is a tale of success, with a history of strong expansion over a number of years.

Today we have become the leading supplier of a variety of ”Switchboard at a distance” services, services that let our clients achieve a higher level of effectivity when it comes to one of the key success factors for their success – their accessibility.
We have over 250 employees in six offices in Sweden. Our agents are in Kalix and Haparanda in the north of Sweden. Our marketing offices are in Kalix, Gällivare and at our headquarters in Stockholm.
